ILLINOIS -- Children with dyslexia are getting more help. Governor Pat Quinn signed a new law identifying dyslexia as a learning disability and establishing an advisory board. The board will develop training for teaching students with dyslexia. People who work with students say it's needed. The advisory board will operate for one year, but its recommendations will continue after that.
