Lawmaker wants convictions posted beside governors' portraits

A southern Illinois state representative has filed a bill to make a change to the Hall of Governors. He wants to add plaques next to portraits of governors who've been convicted. Those plaques would detail the charges for each governor.

Former governor Rod Blagojevich doesn't have a portrait in the Capitol. Lawmakers voted against funding one. Blagojevich is serving a 14 year prison sentence for corruption.
