NATIONAL -- The deal ending the government shutdown may not have put a dent in Obamacare, but the battle over implementing the healthcare coverage law is not over. Republicans are slamming Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

They blame her for problems with the roll out of the website. They want her to be held accountable for the rough roll out, but Sebelius says the system is getting better.

Some experts warn, if problems are not fixed a month from now, the first year sign-up goal might be out of reach.
