UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS -- Police tracked down a man for exposing himself at least three times this past year. Investigators say John Wilson has no connection to the university, but he was spotted exposing himself twice at Grainger Library and once at the Illini Union. Police say they used surveillance video to figure out who he was.

UI Police Lieutenant Tony Brown says, "We've found, so far, that when we have video evidence available, we're actually solving 70% of those cases which is a great clearance rate."

Wilson is a registered sex offender. He faces charges of exposing himself after prior convictions. Investigators say his most recent case of public indecency happened at the Grainger Library in May.
