Orpheum Children's Science Museum's Kids' Building Fair

Orpheum Children's Science Museum's Kids' Building Fair

There's an event coming up in your community that's goal is to introduce children and families to the skills and tools involved in the preservation of historic buildings.
At the Orpheum Children's Science Museum, we inspire, engage and educate children through exploration of science and the arts. The Orpheum serves families, children, schools through exhibits, programs, field trips, special events, and parties. Programs are offered for children kindergarten through 5th grade including camps, clubs, and drop in programs. The Orpheum's home is a 1914 vaudeville and moving pictures theatre, and is one of the finest examples of adaptive rescue in Illinois.

The Orpheum is a community leader that unites schools, business, universities and community colleges, performance centers and groups, artists and the array of talent and resources prevalent in our community to enrich and enliven daily life of families and the community. There are many ways to get involved including volunteering, becoming a member, and providing financial support.
