School district considering security upgrades

BEMENT -- School district officials are talking about beefing up security.
BEMENT -- School district officials are talking about beefing up security. They want to add a buzz-in system to the district's two schools. It would mean video and audio surveillance, doors locked all day and office personnel controlling who comes in and watching who goes out.

The superintendent says an original estimate for the system was about $5,300, but changes were made to the possible design, so it could cost more. They hope to make a decision within a month.
