Champaign -- Schools are serving-up something different this school year. The National School Lunch Program and USDA will require changes to school lunches. It's the first overhaul in 15 years. It requires fruits and vegetables every day, only low-fat milk, more whole grain, and less fat. Parents and students have a chance to see the changes for the new school year -- districts like Champaign Unit 4 offer a look at their menu each day online. More than 96,000 schools are a part of the national program.
