Shooting Victim Drives Self to Hospital

Update: 12:45 pm Tuesday
    About 2 am, police responded to the 400-block of East Columbia for a report of shots fired. They then learned a 33-year old male gunshot victim had driven himself to the hospital.
    The victim told police he was sitting in his car in the driveway of a friend's home with a female passenger when a vehicle pulled up behind them. A short time later, he heard a "pop" and saw the driver's side window had broken.
    The victim reported hearing additional shots before realizing he'd been hit. His injuries are not life threatening. The passenger was not hurt.
