LOWDER -- Crews are cleaning up a big mess after a train derailment. Authorities believe snow and ice caused the train to jump the tracks at a grain elevator about 20 minutes southwest of Springfield. 100,000 bushels of corn spilled out. Workers were evacuated as a precaution.
