Transformation 3: Challenges and Triumphs in the Beginning
It's only been a week and a half with the Christie Clinic Transformation program, but Laura and John are already showing so much progress! Of course, they've both faced plenty of challenges. Their health coach, Maura, stepped in to share ideas for success. You can find a list of her healthy tips below.

Tips from Transformations: 

* Try to cut off eating at least 2 hours before bed

* Find ways to occupy yourself with-out food

* Keep the junk out of your house, you can’t eat it if it’s not there.

* Try going to bed earlier, 7-9 hours of sleep is important for weight loss.

* PRACTICE makes perfect.  Changes are hard in the beginning, but it will get easier with time.

 

*  Think of the positive message of health you are sending your kids!

* There are simple and easy ways to prepare a meal for yourself and jazz it up a little for your kids

* Take the focus off of the food and make it more about the time and conversation together as a family.
