Debt ceiling deadline drawing near

Tuesday, House Republicans offered a plan to temporarily raise the debt ceiling. It included rollbacks to the Affordable Care Act, but that plan fell apart by mid-day without enough support to pass.

Tuesday, a credit rating agency put the U.S. rating under review. The Senate is working on a deal to raise the debt ceiling through March and reopen the government.
