Food Facts- Crustless pumpkin pie

Treat yourself to a holiday favorite without putting on the pounds with this low calorie pumpkin pie.

Crustless Pumpkin Pie

-          1 can pumpkin (15 oz or 1 ¾ cups)

-          1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

-          ¾ cups liquid egg whites

-          ½ tsp salt

-          1 tbs pumpkin pie spice

-          1 tsp cinnamon

-          1 tsp vanilla extract

-          1/3 cup sweetener (stevia, truvia or slenda) You can also use liquid stevia drops to taste


1.      Mix ingredients well, put into a pie pan, bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes (or until knife comes out clean)
