DANVILLE -- An area hospital is about to get a facelift. Work is starting on Presence United Samaritans Medical Center.

A $600,000 grant will pay for it. The center's north building will get new windows and a cleaner exterior.

It's part of the state's program to put people to work. Governor Quinn says grants will also go to several other downstate hospitals.
