After a user gets high, their skin rots and takes on a scaly, green appearance. Last week, five people showed up at a Joliet hospital with the symptoms.

One doctor fears the problem will get worse before it gets better. Doctors say Krokodil is more addictive than morphine and is almost ten times more potent.
