CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - Illinois lost it's third consecutive game Wednesday night 66-58 to Purdue. Illinois' leading scorer Rayvonte Rice was in the starting lineup, despite playing through an adductor strain. Rice scored 11 points and pulled down 7 rebounds. Tracy Abrams led the way with 13 points, but Illinois was out-toughed on the glass. Purdue pulled down 16 offensive rebounds, which led to an abundance of second-chance opportunities. Illinois (13-5, 2-3) hosts Michigan State Saturday night.
