Illinois: huge consumer of energy

ILLINOIS -- People in Illinois use more energy than people in other states.
ILLINOIS -- People in the state use more energy than people in other states. The Citizens Utility Board (CUB) shows Illinois' households use 44% more energy than the national average; the most anywhere.
