SPRINGFIELD -- A bill to change how sex education is taught in schools is making its way to Governor Quinn. Lawmakers agreed schools should have to teach about contraception and sexually-transmitted diseases, not just abstinence. Supporters say it's important children learn medically-accurate information so they can make healthy choices later in life.
