Man faces 3 counts first degree murder

DANVILLE -- A man faces three counts of first degree murder in connection with the shooting of a woman.
DANVILLE -- A man faces three counts of first degree murder in connection with the shooting of a woman. 23-year old Kevin Marshall was taken into custody about noon Thursday after leading officers on a foot chase in the Fair Oaks neighborhood.

Police say Marshall shot and killed 21-year old Latifah Cross. The shooting happened about 1 am, May 21, in the 900-block of Moore.

Officers heard gunshots in the Fair Oaks area, and found Cross and an 18-year old male lying on the floor of the home. Marshall's warrant has no bond.
