SPRINGFIELD -- A new law is hoping to bring a chemical company to Douglas County. Governor Quinn signed it today. It included several economic development projects in the state.

One is an incentive package of $30 million to Cronus Chemicals. Lawmakers are hoping the Delaware-based business will build a new plant in Tuscola. It could create 2,000 construction jobs and up to 200 full-time positions once it is finished.
