It's the power of impulse buying and without that, gas stations will lose a lot of revenue.
    From here on out, owners are meeting with representatives to find middle ground. They want more time to map out exactly how the online sales will work. One option owners plan to pitch is lotto debit cards. That way, money is loaded onto cards at businesses and customers can then use that card to buy lottery tickets online. It's one way to keep revenue coming into stores.
