Request granted for Harris' defense

LOGAN COUNTY -- Defense attorneys in the Gee family murder case will get what they want.
LOGAN COUNTY -- Defense attorneys in the Gee family murder case will get what they want. Lawyers for Christopher Harris were in court Tuesday. They say the judge granted their request to inspect medical, mental health and police records relating to 14-year old Dillan Constant.

Harris is charged with killing Rick and Ruth Gee and three of their children. The defense's theory is that Constant was killing his family in the Beason home in 2009, when Harris walked in on him and killed Constant in self-defense. Prosecutors won't comment on the case, but have said in the past, they have evidence which will prove Harris and his brother, Jason, killed the entire family.
