Richmond sentenced to 3 years in prison

Former Illini Jereme Richmond was sentenced Monday to three years in prison after he was convicted of harassing a witness. This comes after an incident back in April when Richmond threatened his probation officer. Since leaving Illinois, the former Mr. Basketball has faced numerous weapons charges, drug charges and probation violations. The Lake Co. Assistant State's Attorney told the Chicago Sun-Times it's possible Richmond could get out of jail in 18 months or less.
