CHAMPAIGN COUNTY -- Police need help identifying four people in this video. Security camera footage shows them following a woman moments before she was attacked and robbed.

It happened Tuesday, January 14, in the 1100-block of West Main Street, in Urbana. The woman was approached from behind, pushed to the ground and hit in the head. The suspects then fled on foot after taking her bag.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers. You can remain anonymous and may earn a cash reward.

UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS -- A UI student was beaten and robbed about 9 pm Tuesday, while walking home from a campus building. The 26-year old victim left the Music Building in the 1100-block of West Nevada.

While waiting for a walk signal at an intersection, she noticed three men behind her. When she neared her apartment in the 1000-block of West Main Street, she was struck in the head and knocked to the ground.

She told police at least one man continued punching her in the head before fleeing with her shoulder bag. The victim was treated and released for her injuries.
