CHICAGO -- The Windy City is still dealing with some of the coldest temperatures it's seen in decades, but it's leaving behind some beautiful ice sculptures. A pier with a streetlamp on the banks of Lake Michigan was completely covered by ice about three feet thick. Temperatures at the South Pole were actually warmer this week than they were in Chicago.
