URBANA - A group that helps victims of sexual assault is looking for volunteers. Rape Advocacy Counseling & Education Services, or RACES, is accepting applications for helpers. It offers services to people in Champaign, Douglas, Ford, and Piatt Counties in East-Central Illinois.
