Film critics Chuck Koplinski and Pam Powell join us on the morning show to talk about Ant Man & the Wasp, and Skyscraper.
WCIA 3's Emily Braun sits down with them for "Friday Flicks."
Ant-Man and the Wasp (Starts Friday) Still trying to find his place in the superhero community, Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) sets out on a mission to the microscopic Quantum Realm to rescue the original Wasp (Michelle Pfeiffer) with the help of her daughter Hope (Evangeline Lilly). Much less heavy than the other Marvel superhero films, the light, breezy tone here is a welcome relief, though the numerous subplots threaten to obscure the main action. Fun and light, this is perfect summer fare. 3 Stars (Chuck Koplinski) 118 minutes. AMC-C, AMC-D, HAR, SAV.
Skyscraper (Starts Friday) A father (Dwayne Johnson) goes to great lengths to save his family from a burning skyscraper. Rated PG-13. 102 minutes. AMC-C, AMC-D, SAV.
